John Nyberg (born July 14, 1996) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Dallas Stars organization of the National Hockey League (NHL). Nyberg was selected by the Dallas Stars in the sixth round (165th overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.

Nyberg made his Swedish Hockey League debut with Frölunda HC during the 2014–15 SHL season. After playing his first full year in the SHL in the 2016–17 season, posting 7 goals and 15 points in 49 games, Nyberg opted to pursue a NHL career in agreeing to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Dallas Stars on May 18, 2017.[1]
