John Jenkinson (British politician)

Captain John Jenkinson was a British Army officer, courtier and Member of Parliament.

Biography

A younger brother of Charles Jenkinson, 1st Earl of Liverpool, he sat in Parliament for Corfe Castle between 1768 and 1780.[1] He was the father of Sir Charles Jenkinson, 10th Baronet.
