Jesper Meinby Pedersen (born April 24, 1987) is a Danish handball player, currently playing for Danish Handball League side Viborg HK. He joined the club from league rivals HF Mors in 2007.
During his youth career, Meinby played several matches for the Danish national youth handball teams.
