Jeremiah's Vanishing New York

Jeremiah's Vanishing New York is a blog which reviews places in New York City of local historic importance that are likely to not exist in the near future.

Blogger Jeremiah Moss publishes the reviews.[1] The website was established in 2008.[1]

After a failed attempt to save Café Edison, a Times Square coffeehouse well liked by locals as community meeting place, Moss began a "Save NYC" campaign to increase awareness of the harms of gentrification.[2]

One reviewer described the blog as describing "old-school businesses in danger of being snuffed out by changing times".[3]
