Jacques "Haitian Jack" Agnant[1] was a Haitian-born music manager executive, and promoter involved in the rap music industry. Infamous for his thuggery and unorthodox business practices, he has been involved with high-profile individuals; former associate to most notably Tupac Shakur and was allegedly connected to the infamous 1994 Quad Studios incident in which Shakur was robbed and shot 5 times, along with the time spent in prison.[1][2][3][4] He was also notorious for extortion and physical violence against people inside and outside of the music industry.
