Jaakko Eino Untamo Hallama (28 March 1917 – 11 February 1996)[1] was a Finnish Foreign Ministry official who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the politically neutral cabinet of Reino Lehto.

Hallama served as the ambassador to the Soviet Union and Mongolia (19671970 and 19741996), Denmark (19701974) and Afghanistan (19751982).

His wife, Anita Hallama, was known for her longstanding relationship with President Urho Kekkonen.
