JC Royal

JC Royal is a corporation which, in 2005, secured a 30-year lease for the operation of the Choeung Ek memorial site on the outskirts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The company will pay Phnom Penh $15,000 a year, and in return can increase admission fees.[1]
