J. P. Holtz (born August 28, 1993) is an American football tight end for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Pittsburgh. He was signed by the Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2016.

Holtz was signed by the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2016.[1] He was waived by the Browns on September 3, 2016.[2] On December 20, 2016, he was signed to the Browns' practice squad.[3] The Browns signed Holtz to a reserve/future contract on January 2, 2017.[4]
