J. Andrew "Andy" Gipson (born December 21, 1976) is an American politician. He is a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from the 77th District, being first elected in 2007.[1] Gipson serves as the chair of both the Judiciary Committees. He is a member of the Republican party.[2][3]

Gipson is special counsel in the law firm of Jones Walker's Banking & Financial Services Practice Group in Jackson.[4]
