Jānis Dūklavs (born 24 November 1952, Ķegums, Latvia) is a Latvian politician from Union of Greens and Farmers. Dūklavs is the current Minister of Agriculture of Latvia.[1]
One occasion on which Dūklavs came into disrepute was during Ridzene leaks.[2] These recordings have him asking Ainārs Šlesers for help selling a piece of land under the Riga port for 15 million ("15 ļimončikus", literally "little lemons").[3][4]Dūklavs is purported to have co-owned 10% of this land under fake registration.
