Ivana Bilic
Ivana Bilic (born March 21, 1994) is a Canadian-born women's ice hockey player from Coquitlam, British Columbia, that once competed for the Bemidji State Beavers women's ice hockey program. She played part of the 2016-17 season with the Connecticut Whale of the NWHL, before leaving the team in December, 2016[1]. She appeared in 8 games with the Whale, and was credited with 4 assists.
Playing career
With Canada’s Under-22/Development Team, Bilic captured a gold medal at the 2016 Nations Cup. Prior to the event, the team participated in a series of exhibition games against the national teams of Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary. In the December 30, 2015 game against Austria, Bilic registered an assist and scored a goal in a January 2, 2016 match versus the Czech Republic.[2]
