Issik Qaghan was the second ruler of the Turkic Khaganate. He was the son of Bumin Qaghan, ruled briefly, and was followed by his brothers Muqan Qaghan and Taspar Qaghan. His sons were Ishbara Qaghan and Bagha Qaghan.
