Iota Telescopii (ι Telescopii) is a solitary,[7] orange-hued star in the southern constellation of Telescopium. It is a K-type giant star of spectral type K0 III[3] with an apparent magnitude of +4.89.[2] Around 164 times as luminous as the Sun,[5] it is approximately 370 light years from Earth.
