Internet-based Self-Service
Internet-based Self-Services (ISS) is a subtype of services driven by self-service technologies that provide technological interfaces to allow customers to use services, independently of the involvement of direct service employee. Self-ticket purchasing and self-check-in for a flight that use the Internet are examples of Internet-based self-services.
