The black marsh skimmer, or blue ground skimmer, (Indothemis carnatica) is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. It is found in many India, Sri Lanka and Thailand. The species breeds in small, heavily weeded ponds and lakes.[1][2][3][4][5]
