In Conversation with Alex Malley[1] is an Australian television interview show on the Nine Network. Alex Malley,[2] the former (terminated[3]) chief executive of CPA Australia, conducts one-on-one interviews with leaders from the world of politics, business, entertainment and the community.[4]

The first season of the eight-part series first screened on the morning of Sunday 7 February 2016.[5] It featured Leader of the Opposition in the Parliament of Australia Bill Shorten, Atari founder Nolan Bushnell,[6] and World Vision Australia CEO Tim Costello.

The second season aired on Channel Nine on Sunday 9 October 2016, starring Andre Rieu. Other interviews featured Germaine Greer,[7] Layne Beachley, Professor Fiona Wood,[8][9] Alexander Downer,[10] and Australia’s most familiar news faces Peter Overton.[11][12][13][14]

The third season aired on Channel Nine on Sunday 19 February 2017 starting with former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke.[15][16] Other interviews featured Australia's first lady of horse racing Gai Waterhouse,[17] the 107th Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani,[18] Australian Senator Derryn Hinch,[19] Olympic gymnastics champion Nadia Comaneci[20] and Australian-born former NASA astronaut Andy Thomas.[21]

The show has also promoted the charities Cure Brain Cancer Foundation in Charlie Teo's episode,[22][23] World Vision Australia, and Cure for MND Foundation.[24]

The show is co-produced by CPA Australia and the Nine Network Australia.[25]
