Scandals

Throughout 2008-2012, machinations on the Ukrainian stock market with the funds "Dostatoq", "Perspective", "Stability", "Oligarch", "Pioglobal Ukraine" have been repeatedly mentioned in electronic media publications[12] and private investor testimonies[13].   In 2015, Igor Aleksandrovich became one of the founders of the company PrivateFX the technical successor of the scandalously ruined company Forex Trend. The information about Igor Mazepa's 100% stake in the capital of the new company was publicly confirmed by CEO PrivateFX Alexander Bykov at the Kiev Seichen in May 2016 (video from 21:48)

In April 2017, PrivateFX shareholders and chief beneficiary Igor Mazepa carried out the technical sale of the PrivateFX broker to the little-known Prime Broker company, after which Igor Mazepa officially ceased to be the main shareholder of the company[14]. At that time, PrivateFX already delayed payments to its customers for 3 months (according to the company's rules, the withdrawal was given up to 5 working days). Most PrivateFX clients rightly saw in this sale an attempt to save reputation and avoid financial responsibility to customers (according to the survey of investors). As of June 2017, the company's financial obligations to customers remain unfulfilled, deposits are not refunded. It is worth noting that the name and reputation of Igor Mazepa were the main reasons why many investors invested in PrivateFX. After the sale of the mention of the dominant role of Igor Mazepa in the establishment of the company were systematically removed from Internet resources and forums (Including this page Wikipedia, With which this information is systematically deleted), but most of the facts have been preserved. Investors PrivateFX, feeling deceived, began to join together in social networks in protest groups. In June 2017, a large facebook group "The whole truth about Igor Mazepa" initiated filing applications to the Ukrainian cyber police in the case of fraud. The most complete information about the events around PrivateFX remains on the Twitter channel of the news project Investor, created in 2016 by the company's investors.
