Ibrahim Amadou (born 6 April 1993) is a French footballer who currently plays for French team Lille OSC as a centre back.[1]
Career
Amadou is a youth exponent from AS Nancy. He made his Ligue 2 debut on 3 August 2013 against AJ Auxerre replacing François Bellugou after 78 minutes in a goalless draw.[2] On 2 August 2014, he scored his first league goal against US Orléans.[3]
Ibrahim Amadou scored his first goal for Lille's 2–1 away win at Bastia since his €2m move from Ligue 2 side Nancy in July 2015.[4]
International career
Amadou was born in Cameroon and raised in France. He is a French youth international,[5] and was called up to the senior Cameroon national football team, whom he rejected.[6]
