IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) is an international alliance of retained executive search firms, with more than 80+ offices in 45+ countries, including Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia.

IRC (formerly IRC Recruitment) was listed by Hunt Scanlon Media as one of the 3 Largest Retained Executive Search Firms in the World in 2016.[1]

The current members Sylvia MacArthur and Miroslav Hofirek were listed by Bloomberg Businessweek as The World's Most Influential Headhunters.[2]

The nucleus of IRC Global Executive Search Partners was formed in the early 1990s, with companies from France, Belgium, Finland and the UK initially represented in the consortium. IRC Global Executive Search Partners was officially launched in 1993.

Patrick Westerburger was appointed to the role of the President of the IRC Executive Board in September 2014. IRC Executive Board members are Marco M. Alemagna, Rania Abdalla, Rohan A. Carr and Warren Carter. The alliance regularly publishes industry-related white papers and articles.[3]
