The rusty tree frog, Hypsiboas boans, is a species of frog in the Hylidae family found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Panama, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It was previously known as Hyla boans.
