Hypselostoma megaphonum is a species of very small air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Vertiginidae, the whorl snails.

Distribution

The distribution of Hypselostoma megaphonum includes an area near Bukit Charas, Pahang, in Peninsular Malaysia.^[1]
