Hyperolius molleri is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to São Tomé and Príncipe and are founded between 500 and 1,000 meters above sea level. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
The species was named by Jacques von Bedroaga in 1892 and was named after Adolphe F. Moller (1842-1920).
