Hugh John MacDonald (November 11, 1898 – March 2, 1965) was a provincial politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1940 to 1944, sitting as an Independent member from the constituency of Edmonton. He previously served on the Edmonton City Council and was a judge and lawyer.[1][2]
