The currently recognized species in this genus are:[1]
- Hucho bleekeri Sh. Kimura, 1934
- Hucho hucho (Linnaeus, 1758) (huchen)
- Hucho ishikawae T. Mori, 1928
- Hucho taimen (Pallas, 1773) (taimen)
