- ↑ {{cite news. Judge Munson denied Frank Langdon A trial and dismissed a suit for damages caused by a malicious prosecution where the grand jury was misled by lies and a statement was forced in a custodial situation. Miranda was not given. The accuser never took the stand because of the coverup. Because there was no trial dismissal was the same as being found guilty of arson. Because of the coverup the pyromack kept setting fires and Frank was used as a scapegoat resulting in being driven from the community and the loss of the farm. The New Yory Times said the prime suspect was a fireman that flunked a polygraph given by the Sheriff. He was reported to be the Sheriff's godson. Times story was dated July 11, 1987. History of Langdonhurst Farm can be seen at Defeat Paul Czajka ok Facebook. Pictures of the farm are there. The farm suffered 3 arson fires and the Sheriff's godson was named after the 3rd barn burned. Judge Munson was told his name June 24, 1991 in court at Albany. Theresa J. Berical recorded the incident. Judge Munson refused to reconsider and the decision was made final. In the 3 prior decisions I saw him hand down he made the decision final in 20 days. The DA knew about the Sheriff's god son and let him go using Frank to take the blame for the more than 20 fires . |first=Jim |last=O'Hara |title=Judge Munson 'was best' |url=http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf?/base/news-12/122345641026270.xml&coll=1 |date=2008-10-08 |accessdate=2009-01-13}}
