Hojanovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.89 square kilometres (1.12 sq mi), and has a population of 93 (as at 2 October 2006).
Hojanovice lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Pelhřimov, 34 km (21 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 81 km (50 mi) south-east of Prague.
