Hisao Hayashi
Hisao Hayashi (Japanese: 林寿夫) (May 2, 1881 – December 21, 1963) was Governor of the South Pacific Mandate (1933–1936). He was a graduate of the University of Tokyo. He was mayor of Kawagoe, Saitama. He was from Okayama Prefecture.
