Hippolyte Passy

Passy, Hippolyte

Hippolyte Passy (16 October 1793 1 June 1880) was a French economist.[1] He was twice Minister of Finance in the government of Louis-Philippe of France.[2] His brother was the botanist and geologist Antoine François Passy.[3]
