Hill v CA Parsons & Co Ltd [1972] Ch 305 is a UK labour law case, concerning wrongful dismissal.
Facts
An engineer was dismissed after he joined the trade union, at age 63, which was not the majority union of the employer.[1]
Judgment
Sachs LJ granted an injunction for him to remain in the job, particularly given that he still retained mutual trust and confidence with the employer.
