is a Ukrainian international highway (M-highway) connecting Odessa to Reni on the border with Moldova, where it connects to Moldovan national road .[1] is concurrent with .[2]
stretches through the historic and cultural region of Budzhak and ends at the border checkpoint Reni. As of 2016 it is in extremely poor condition, ranked as one of Ukraine’s worst major roads.[3]
Part of it runs through the territory of Moldova, the lands of the village of Palanca, Ștefan Vodă; see its article for a certain controversy.
