Helgi Jónas Guðfinnsson is a former Icelandic professional basketball coach and professional basketball player.
He was voted coach of the year of the men's Úrvalsdeild in the 2011-12 season,[1] when he won the Icelandic championship with Grindavík.
He last coached Úrvalsdeild club Keflavík in the beginning of the 2014-2015 season before having to step down and retiring from coaching because of heart problems.[2]
