Heath Hayes and Wimblebury

Heath Hayes and Wimblebury is a civil parish in the Cannock Chase District of Staffordshire, England. Its population in the 2011 census was 14,085.[1]

Until the 1980s, the two villages were separate; however an increase in the number of homes being built led to the green fields between the two villages disappearing with the village names subsequently being merged. The status of Heath Hayes has consequently changed from a small village to a large mixed residential and industrial development.[2]
