Hayley Williams (born June 3, 1990) is an American professional ice hockey player for the Brampton Thunder of the Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL). Williams has previously played for the Buffalo Beauts in the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL).
Career
During college, Williams played in the National Collegiate Athletic Association for Robert Morris University and Miami University.[1] As a member of Team USA, Williams won a bronze medal in ice hockey at the 2013 Winter World University Games.[2]
NWHL
In August 2015, Williams joined the Buffalo Beauts for the inaugural 2015/16 NWHL season.[3][4] Williams was selected for the league's first ever All Star Game after a fan vote.[5]
Williams was one of six members added to the practice squad for the Buffalo Beauts in the 2016/17 NWHL season.[6]
CWHL
In September 2016, Williams announced that she had joined the Brampton Thunder in the Canadian Women's Hockey League as a free agent.[7]
