Hassan Bouhemou

Hassan Bouhemou (Arabic: حسن بوهمو; born 1968 in Rabat) is a Moroccan business exec.[1] Belonging to the inner circle of Mounir Majidi —the de-facto manager of the extensive finanial holdings of king Mohammed VI— he has held the position of CEO of the king's holdings SNI SIGER and several of its subsidiaries. Since leaving SNI in September 2014,[2] he has headed a mission at French retailer Groupe Casino, to source products from it to sell at the king's supermarket chain in Morocco (Marjane).

Hassan Bouhemou is being touted as the next director of Morocco's central bank Bank al-Maghrib, as a replacement of Abdellatif Jouahri.[3] Maghreb Confidentiel has also linked him with other possible future positions, such as CEO of the Morocco phosphate company OCP Group and the national retirement & investment fund CDG.
