Hassan Amin (Dari: حسن امين, born 12 October 1991 in Darmstadt) is an Afghan footballer who plays for SV Waldhof Mannheim.

Career

Youth career

Amin begin his career at the youth of SV Darmstadt 98.

Eintracht Frankfurt II

He made a free transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt II where he played for 3 season making 64 appearances and 3 goals.

1.FC Saarbrücken

In 2014, he made a free transfer move to 1.FC Saarbrücken. He didn't play much but ended the season with 18 matches.

SV Waldhof Mannheim

Amin announced in June that he signed for SV Waldhof Mannheim. He will be wearing shirt number 3.

International career

He was selected by the national team of Afghanistan for the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup. He then played for the World Cup qualification matches. After some matches he became a key player for the national team. With his speed and football knowledge he was a constant threat to other teams. In a 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualifier, Amin scored a screamer on the 70th minute against Vietnam. He was the Captain of Afghanistan in that match.
