Haplogroup CF, also known as CF-P143 and CF(xDE), is a human Y-chromosome DNA haplogroup. This macrohaplogroup is defined by the SNP P143.

No living males or human remains belonging to the basal paragroup CF* have yet been discovered. The basal clade's existence and distribution are inferred from the fact that haplogroups descended from CF include most human males, particularly outside of Africa. However, haplogroup CF has been observed at a low frequency in a small Tai-Kadai population (5%).[1]

CF is an immediate descendant of Haplogroup CT (CT-M168), and the sibling of Haplogroup DE (DE-YAP). It is the immediate ancestor of both Haplogroup C and Haplogroup F.[2]
