It is the brand of mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Locus Telecommunications, a subsidiary of KDDI America Corporation since 2010,[1] via AT&T's network. It is primarily advertised as a non-restrictive phone service for customers to bring or buy unsubsidised/unlocked smart phones.

Service Rate Plan

h2o Wireless offers both monthly as well as pay-as-you-go plans. The Monthly Plans start with the $30 plan which has 3GB of 4G LTE data and $10 of international talk credit to call any country that is not on their unlimited international talking plan. The $40 plan provides 8GB of 4G LTE data, and $20 of international talk credit. The $50 plan offers 10GB of 4G LTE data, and $20 of international talk credit. The $60 plan has 12GB of 4G LTE data, and $20 of international talk credit. Plans with unlimited data get throttled to 128 kbit/s when usage exceeds the 4G allowance for the given plan. h2o Wireless also offers both a monthly and multi-month pay-as-you-go plans. For the monthly pay-as-you-go plan, the cost is $25 and it provides 30 days of service. Calls are credited at 2.5¢ per minute, text are credited at 2.5¢ per text, and data is credited at 10¢ per MB. For the multi-month pay-as-you-go plan, calls are credited at 5¢ per minute, texts are credited as 5¢ per text, and data is credited as 10¢ per MB. Adding $10, $20, or $30 provides 3 months of service, while adding $100 to the multi-month pay-as-you-go plan provides 365 days of service.

Authorized Dealers

Due to only having one office, h2o Wireless sources its services to dealers who work as independent contractors under their own company name. Such sellers are known as "Authorized Dealers", such as Next Gen Cellular with online stores.
