The Multifunctional Complex Gulliver (Ukrainian: Багатофункціональний комплекс «Gulliver») is a 35-story mixed-use building in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.

It is located at the very centre of the city near Palats Sportu metro station (municipal address: 1, Sportyvna Sq). It is the highest office building in Kiev and is the second highest building in the country.[3]

Beside offices which are located in the tower block, the building also has lower block which houses a shopping mall, cinema theater, and other business and entertainment spots.

Originally the building was to be called "Continental", but in 2011 it was decided to give a name of Gulliver.
