Grzegorz Polaczyk (born 2 July 1985 in Nowy Sącz) is a Polish slalom canoer who has competed since the early 2000s.
He won two medals in the K-1 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a silver in 2013 and a bronze in 2006. He also won two golds, two silvers and a bronze in the same event at the European Championships.
Polacyzk finished seventh in the K-1 event at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
