Gryżyna [ɡrɨˈʐɨna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bytnica, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Bytnica, 21 km (13 mi) north-east of Krosno Odrzańskie, 31 km (19 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra, and 62 km (39 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The village has a population of 140. It gives its name to the protected area called Gryżyna Landscape Park.
