The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is a mid-level minor professional football league based in Memphis, Tennessee.[1]
The league was founded in 2009 and formed in 2010, with Charles Thompson as the founder and first president.[1][2]
As of July 2017, the league has 24 teams located primarily in the Southeastern United States and Midwestern United States.[1]
