Gray death
Gray death is a street drug in the United States. Samples have been found to contain the designer drug U-47700, heroin, fentanyl and opioids including carfentanil.[1] It gets its name from having a similar appearance to concrete mixing powder.[2] It is taken by injection, smoking, snorting, or swallowing it.[3] No analytical results have ever been published confirming the existence of the mixture.
Much more potent than heroin,[3] when overdoses are being brought to the ER, it is taking a Narcan drip to reverse; compared to a normal Heroin OD which just needs one dose.
A Gulf Coast High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area bulletin has stated that the drug is much more potent than heroin.[3]
