The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected)[2][3] is a 2017 American comedy-drama film directed and written by Noah Baumbach. The film stars Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller, Emma Thompson, and Dustin Hoffman.

It was selected to compete for the Palme d'Or in the main competition section at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.[3][4]

Principal photography on the film began on March 7, 2016 in New York City.[5][7][8][9] Production concluded on May 9, 2016.[10]

The film has also been known by the title Yeh Din Ka Kissa.[11][12]

Release

In April 2017, Netflix acquired distribution rights to the film. It had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2017.[13]

Critical response

The movie holds an 88% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 40 reviews with a weighted average of 7.4/10.[14]
