Gordon Harold "Gertie" Sawley (28 June 1913 – 14 August 1942) was an Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). He joined the VFL while on RAAF duties, and was killed in a training accident over Scotland.[1] His brother, Albert Sawley, played at Norwood and St Kilda.
