Gomis (Catalan: [ˈɡomis], spelling variant: Gomiz) is a Catalan surname, equivalent to Gomes, in Portuguese, and Gómez, in Spanish. It is also a Bissau guinean surname sharing the same spelling Gomis (French: [ɡomis]) that is borrowed from Portuguese.
