Gold Pants is the debut and sole studio album by American pop music group Leslie and the LY's, released to iTunes on March 11, 2005.[2] and released in CD format on March 15, 2005.[5]
Composition
Gold Pants is a primarily electronic[1][2][3] album, with influences of pop,[1] hip hop,[3] and house music.[3]

While no videos from Gold Pants are found on Leslie Hall's main channel, copies do exist online.
Music videos for "Gold Pants",[6] "Gem Sweater",[7] "Ring A Ding-Ding"[8] have been found online. The latter was also performed on the group's first television appearance, on Unscrewed with Martin Sargent in 2005.[9]
"Gold Pants" served as the album's only official single. It was released as part a split 7" vinyl EP on May 15, 2005. The EP was a collaboration with front woman Leslie Hall's brother Arecee.[4]
