Godzieszów [ɡɔˈd͡ʑeʂuf] (German: Günthersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogrodziec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 10 km (6 mi) west of Nowogrodziec, 24 km (15 mi) west of Bolesławiec, and 126 km (78 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 640.
