Glucosio is a free and open source project, created in 2015 by a group of open source developers to develop Android, iOS and Firefox OS apps for diabetes management and research.
History
Glucosio was started by a group of open source developers in June 2015.[1][2][3] Glucosio consists of a Research API, Android Application, and iOS Application. A unique feature of Glucosio is the ability for diabetics to opt into sharing anonymous glucose data with diabetes researchers via the research API.
Glucosio's project code is available on Github under the GPLv3 License[4][5] for users who wish to build their app from scratch or contribute to the open source project, but is also published in the Google Play Store[6]
