Gisela Consuelo Novoa is an American award-winning television producer and broadcaster, active in the Miami TV market. She has been nominated for several Emmy Awards.In 2013 she won her first Emmy for creating and producing a feature news report – light series called "Mi Primer Trabajo".[1]
