Gilbertiodendron splendidum is a tall forest tree of lowland swamp forests of coastal West Africa in the Fabaceae family. It is found in Upper Guinean forests along coastal regions of Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, and Sierra Leone. It is threatened by habitat loss.
